Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
- Strong discipline-specific capability in Security/Electronic Security/ICT.
- Experience with project delivery workflows and client communication.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
- Experience using GitHub for documentation updates and QA/QC workflows.
- PSP and/or CPP certifications preferred.
- CDT certification preferred.
- EIT, PE, or PMP certifications considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead discipline-specific design efforts and ensure high-performance project delivery.
- Mentor and coach engineers and production team members through design reviews and feedback.
- Contribute to TEECOM standards, templates, and discipline documentation via GitHub.
- Manage project profitability, scope, and health to ensure quality outcomes.
- Cultivate client relationships and act as a technical advisor.
- Identify risks and resolve project coordination challenges.
- Participate in business development, including pursuits, interviews, and proposal drafting.
