Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead discipline-specific portions of complex projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
- Experience with documentation updates, design standards, and QA/QC workflows.
- Strong understanding of project delivery workflows and client expectations.
- PSP or CPP certification preferred (for security roles).
- CDT certification preferred.
- EIT, PE, or PMP certification considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex, multi-discipline projects as a Project Lead or subject matter expert.
- Lead discipline-specific design, ensure design quality, and coordinate across teams.
- Mentor engineers and designers through design reviews and feedback.
- Improve firm-wide systems by contributing to standards, templates, and documentation.
- Cultivate client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Monitor project financial performance, scope alignment, and delivery health.
- Refine discipline scope, technical strategies, and fee proposals for pursuits.
- Participate in site visits, field verifications, and programming sessions.
