- Experience with TensorFlow for building ML models.

- Adaptability and autonomy to own projects end-to-end.
- Curiosity and interest in reinforcement learning, control engineering, optimization, and causal inference.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI-forward engineering tools.
Responsibilities
- Build, train, and deploy high-performance machine learning prediction models optimized for real-time adtech environments.
- Take models from raw data and feature definitions through training, evaluation, and online serving.
- Design and refine complex bidding algorithms to make optimal bidding decisions.
- Design, execute, and evaluate both offline simulations and online A/B tests.
- Collaborate with engineering and product partners to adapt to diverse technical challenges.
- Actively integrate new AI tools and coding agents into daily processes to improve workflow.
