Engineering at Remerge

Engineering at Remerge means tackling high-throughput machine learning challenges within a real-time adtech environment. Our Performance team builds the intelligence behind our bidding infrastructure, using core ML alongside reinforcement learning, control engineering, mathematical optimization, and causal inference. You will own the full ML path, from raw data and feature engineering to training, evaluation, and online serving. We run a hybrid setup, training in the cloud and performing inference on our own hardware. This approach gives us the agility to push ML boundaries while remaining grounded in cost and scale considerations. We are AI-forward, actively integrating new AI tools and coding agents to maximize throughput and experiment velocity.
