- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or multi-site leadership.
- Clinical background strongly preferred (e.g., licensed clinician, clinical coordinator).
- Experience in dialysis, nephrology, chronic disease management, or hospice.
- Demonstrated success managing geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust with partners.
- Comfortable with routine local and regional travel in Florida.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership to clinical team members embedded within DaVita kidney care sites across Florida.
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
- Conduct regular site visits to coach staff and maintain partnerships.
- Own market-level operational metrics like productivity, patient engagement, and documentation compliance.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain routine in-field presence and travel within Florida markets.
- Communicate market-level insights and collaborate with corporate support teams.
