Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience in trading related roles.
- Understand margin product logic with strong risk awareness.
- Trading experience in financial products (e.g., Margin and Futures) preferred.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of financial and blockchain trading business.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for product operations for margin trading.
- Review/Check/Adjust trading perimeters on our backend portal related to Margin.
- Work with Compliance & Risk teams when there is new adjustment on trading perimeters.
- Participate in the product lifecycle, driving operations and working with product/tech.
- Implement structured workflows and guidelines to improve operational efficiency
- Track and analyze business demands and market trends, and recommend end-to-end solutions and implementation plans
