Requirements
- Experience in a technical leadership, Team Lead, or Lead Engineer role.
- Deep experience in payment systems, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Proven understanding of PCI DSS standards.
- Expertise in designing secure, reliable, and scalable high-load systems.
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS-native architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS).
- Experience with PostgreSQL and ORM.
- Experience with Stripe and other PSP integrations (PayPal, Adyen).
- Knowledge of Serverless Framework, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with testing, observability, and monitoring for payment-critical flows.
Responsibilities
- Support and develop payment backend stack and related services.
- Design and implement integrations with payment providers and PSPs.
- Develop scalable, secure solutions for payment flows, reconciliation, and refunds.
- Enhance system observability, stability, and performance.
- Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
- Participate in architectural decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
