Requirements
- 5–8 years in top-tier consulting, strategy, or operations leadership, ideally in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with a commercial or regulatory focus.
- Understanding of EU regulatory frameworks (EMRs, MiCAR, MiFID II, PSD2, AMLD5/6, DORA, etc.).
- Strong grasp of business and financial models to quantify regulatory design impact on revenue and scalability.
- Deep experience in outsourcing oversight, vendor performance, and regulatory submissions.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and executive communication skills.
- Commercially astute with the ability to connect regulatory compliance with business growth.
- Consulting mindset: structured, analytical, and action-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders.
- Passion for crypto and responsible scaling in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute license operations strategy balancing operational excellence with commercial outcomes.
- Build business and operational models supporting product launches, market entries, and licensing pathways.
- Execute operational models across EU MiCAR and other legal entities.
- Drive end-to-end regulatory projects and product launches coordinating across Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.
- Oversee and monitor outsourcing arrangements, including performance tracking and SLA management.
- Ensure third-party risk management and outsourcing policies adhere to regulatory standards.
- Coordinate governance cycles across CBI-regulated entities and support Board reporting processes.
- Translate regulatory developments into clear risk, performance, and strategic insights for leadership.
