Requirements
- 5+ years of Operations Management experience in the tech industry.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary or cross-functional teams.
- Experience in pre-revenue/pre-profit startups and established companies.
- Experience with expense tracking, budgeting, risk management, and documentation.
- Experience working with fully remote, distributed teams.
- Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work through identified goals and challenges during the 12-month period.
- Provide cost, risk, and feasibility analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Manage expense tracking, purchase approvals, vendor management, and operational budgeting.
- Identify and escalate blockers to support product development.
- Partner with the Project Manager to plan milestones, timelines, and costs.
- Identify and resolve hidden process inefficiencies.
- Standardize recurring operational processes for scalability.
