Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product
- Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts
- Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams
- Experience working with Engineering and Design teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
- Empathize with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
- Curate and properly represent user feedback to Engineering
- Work closely with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation
- Create and update presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers
- Make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing and tiering
