Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a regulated environment.
- Understanding of blockchain-based technology and crypto custody best practices.
- Understanding of the tokenization lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication skills and aptitude for conveying complex technical concepts.
- Comfort with the pace and environment within a growing startup.
- Languages: Russian and/or Ukrainian.
- Currently residing in the EU (European Union).
Responsibilities
- Translate vision into actionable roadmap and own the product narrative.
- Engage with engineering in technical conversations and align work to product goals.
- Lead project execution, resolve roadblocks, and communicate status.
- Identify product opportunities and translate into clear milestones.
- Support Continuous Discovery habits and conduct market/customer research.
- Conduct customer discovery workshops and translate findings into product signals.
- Drive product requirements and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data to validate product assumptions.
