- At least 2 years in Account-Based Marketing or field marketing roles.
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys in service-based or enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience managing ABM campaigns and demand generation.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, HubSpot preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign metrics.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Strong collaboration skills for working cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted ABM and demand generation campaigns.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify key accounts and refine buyer personas.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, digital, and content.
- Create and manage synchronized ABM plays that align marketing and sales efforts.
- Write and support development of tailored marketing assets.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools.
