Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including significant outside and enterprise technology sales exposure.
- Prior experience managing and scaling high-performance sales teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity/enterprise software sales environments.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals across all stages of performance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with data-driven sales management and pipeline forecasting methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, quota-driven environments with a focus on results and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quota-carrying enterprise sales professionals to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline progression, and forecasting accuracy to ensure consistent performance.
- Conduct coaching sessions, call reviews, and process improvement initiatives to elevate sales effectiveness.
- Support onboarding and training of new hires through structured enablement and development programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategy, campaigns, and go-to-market execution.
- Stay current on product value propositions and competitive positioning to strengthen team messaging and outcomes.
- Contribute to hiring, team building, and ongoing talent development within the sales organization.
