  • Demonstrated success in territory design and quota setting
  • Proven experience in pipeline generation and forecast accuracy
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing sales talent
  • Expert command of value‑based/solution selling
  • Strong C-suite executive engagement
  • Negotiation and deal‑structuring skills

Responsibilities

  • Define Mid‑Market coverage model and annual GTM plan.
  • Establish operating cadence with a focus on bookings, productivity, and cycle‑time reduction.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop front‑line sales managers and account executives.
  • Own segment forecast and drive discipline in qualification and stage progression.
  • Partner with Marketing and SDR/BDR leadership on demand creation and prospecting.
  • Guide managers on coaching, negotiation, and executive alignment.
  • Work with RevOps to refine territories, quotas, and dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to pricing, discounting, and approval policies.
