- 5+ years leading managers and/or multi‑region seller teams
- Experience in SaaS, data, or technology‑enabled services
- Demonstrated success in territory design and quota setting
- Proven experience in pipeline generation and forecast accuracy
- Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing sales talent
- Expert command of value‑based/solution selling
- Strong C-suite executive engagement
- Negotiation and deal‑structuring skills
Responsibilities
- Define Mid‑Market coverage model and annual GTM plan.
- Establish operating cadence with a focus on bookings, productivity, and cycle‑time reduction.
- Hire, onboard, and develop front‑line sales managers and account executives.
- Own segment forecast and drive discipline in qualification and stage progression.
- Partner with Marketing and SDR/BDR leadership on demand creation and prospecting.
- Guide managers on coaching, negotiation, and executive alignment.
- Work with RevOps to refine territories, quotas, and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to pricing, discounting, and approval policies.
