Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, account management, or field leadership within the professional beauty industry
- Strong understanding of salon distribution models and the professional beauty ecosystem
- Proven track record of driving business growth through distributor and partner relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-informed mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capability
- Experience working closely with distributor sales teams and salon partners preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 50% or more) across the territory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support business development strategies across the western U.S. and select Canadian regions through distributor networks
- Partner with distributor leadership and field sales teams to drive salon growth and commercial performance
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase brand visibility and market penetration within existing territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, salon owners, and field sales representatives
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, education, marketing, and operations to align execution and strategy
- Analyze regional performance data, market trends, and competitive activity to support business planning
- Support strategic salon partnerships, key account development, and regional expansion initiatives
- Represent the organization at industry events, distributor meetings, education sessions, and salon visits
- Support execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and regional initiatives
- Maintain consistent communication with external partners to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives
