  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Pre-Sales roles.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a senior leadership or Director-level role managing technical or pre-sales teams.
  • Proven track record of influencing complex enterprise deals and driving measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and explain cloud and infrastructure architectures.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated success partnering closely with Sales leadership.
  • Strong coaching, team-building, and organizational leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute pre-sales strategy for mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
  • Drive revenue impact by improving win rates, increasing deal size, and reducing sales cycle time.
  • Lead high-value customer engagements, including executive-level technical discussions.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Engineering team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing.
  • Oversee demo environments, proof-of-concept frameworks, and technical storytelling standards.
  • Strengthen post-sale continuity by partnering with Customer Success.
