Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Platform Product Ownership, or Software Engineering.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software platforms, ideally in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of FHIR, HAPI FHIR, RESTful APIs, HL7, CDA, and interoperability frameworks.
- Experience with data integration, ETL pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with authentication technologies (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
- Understanding of CI/CD, Agile, and full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to review technical architecture and support engineering decision-making.
- Experience collaborating with teams using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for core healthcare data platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to identify technical gaps and validate solution feasibility.
- Translate architectural concepts and interoperability standards into detailed product specifications.
- Participate in architecture reviews and implementation planning to ensure system scalability and performance.
- Guide backlog prioritization and delivery coordination throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Champion data quality, enrichment, and interoperability across enterprise data flows.
- Support product positioning, technical documentation, and customer training materials.
- Conduct market analysis to identify differentiation opportunities in healthcare technology.
- Support customer-facing discussions and executive stakeholder engagements.
- Contribute to operational accountability through project tracking and compliance alignment.
