Job Details

5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Platform Product Ownership, or Software Engineering.
Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or related discipline.
Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software platforms, ideally in healthcare.
Strong knowledge of FHIR, HAPI FHIR, RESTful APIs, HL7, CDA, and interoperability frameworks.
Experience with data integration, ETL pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with authentication technologies (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
Understanding of CI/CD, Agile, and full software development lifecycle.
Ability to review technical architecture and support engineering decision-making.
Experience collaborating with teams using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for core healthcare data platform capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to identify technical gaps and validate solution feasibility.
Translate architectural concepts and interoperability standards into detailed product specifications.
Participate in architecture reviews and implementation planning to ensure system scalability and performance.
Guide backlog prioritization and delivery coordination throughout the software development lifecycle.
Champion data quality, enrichment, and interoperability across enterprise data flows.
Support product positioning, technical documentation, and customer training materials.
Conduct market analysis to identify differentiation opportunities in healthcare technology.
Support customer-facing discussions and executive stakeholder engagements.
Contribute to operational accountability through project tracking and compliance alignment.
