Requirements
- 8+ years in product management or product leadership, including strong hands-on IC experience.
- Proven experience building B2B technical products (platform, infrastructure, developer, data, AI, security).
- Technical fluency in infrastructure, deployment, inference, data systems, and API design.
- Experience operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to partner deeply with engineering and design.
- Experience using AI tooling productively in research and prototyping.
- Familiarity with Federal-adjacent requirements and regulated environments preferred.
- Background in on-prem or self-hosted B2B software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product vision and strategy.
- Translate strategy into outcome-based roadmaps.
- Conduct continuous product discovery through customer interviews and workflow observation.
- Partner with engineering leadership to co-own outcomes and technical tradeoffs.
- Manage the release-planning rhythm for on-prem deployments.
- Support go-to-market teams with product truth, roadmap context, and enablement.
- Lead Fed-adjacent requirement translation into product priorities.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and feedback analysis.
