Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- At least 3+ years of experience in program management, program operations, financial governance, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in structured, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other PC-based business tools
- Experience in operational rigor, process improvement, and delivery governance
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Certinia PSA, Power BI, or Microsoft Copilot (plus)
- Experience supporting government or contract-driven environments (highly valued)
Responsibilities
- Lead financial governance across multiple programs, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, revenue tracking, backlog health, and funding management.
- Translate program and financial data into actionable insights, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
- Maintain operational discipline across program execution, ensuring alignment with organizational financial and delivery targets.
- Oversee PSA and delivery operations, including project setup, resource allocation, timekeeping compliance, and billing processes.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor operations end-to-end, including purchase orders, invoicing, funding oversight, and performance tracking.
- Establish and enforce operational controls to ensure compliant, consistent, and auditable program execution.
- Prepare executive-ready materials for program and management reviews, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with leadership expectations.
- Track action items across programs and ensure timely follow-up and accountability across stakeholders.
