Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies with measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, lead, and scale marketing teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google AdWords, web analytics, and performance marketing.
  • Experience evaluating competitive landscapes, customer behavior, and market opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities with confidence managing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and leadership teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
