Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of comparable experience
- Experience in construction cost management
- Strong project management principles (change management, commitments, budgeting, forecasting)
- Proficiency in project management and financial software, specifically CMiC
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Strong data management and business problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, including virtual conferencing
- Detail-oriented and motivated self-starter
- Ability to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage and control project costs across the enterprise
- Oversee project controls portfolio and provide data-driven analysis
- Develop and maintain cost tracking and reporting systems
- Oversee budget mapping and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Assist in the development and maintenance of SOX internal controls
- Perform monthly forecasting and delivery of reporting packages
- Build data models for pre-construction and estimating teams
- Implement an earned value management system
- Develop predictive analytics models to forecast future project costs
- Train and supervise analysts
