Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in corporate trust, structured finance, asset-backed lending, or CLO administration.
- Proficiency coordinating across legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams.
- Advanced legal document review and interpretation of structured finance agreements.
- Advanced knowledge of corporate trust operations including bond payment and loan administration.
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate to advanced experience negotiating complex contracts.
Responsibilities
- Lead document negotiation and represent Western Alliance Trust Company on new transactions.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new mandated transactions including account setups and KYC processing.
- Serve as a single point of contact for internal compliance and risk partners throughout onboarding.
- Act as central coordinator for client onboarding, deal execution, and lifecycle administration.
- Liaise between clients, legal counsel, underwriters, accountants, analytics, and operations teams.
- Coordinate comments and negotiations with counsel and stakeholders to ensure adherence to document standards.
- Convene Business Acceptance Committee for deal approvals.
- Build client relationships and act as the point of escalation for onboarding issues.
