Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with promotional products (research, ordering, follow-up) is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Monitor orders and documentation of order confirmations and vendor emails.
- Ensure PO accuracy and issuance with correct client artwork.
- Contact suppliers for status updates, proofs, and tracking info.
- Perform inventory checks, freight quotes, and lead time management.
- Communicate with clients regarding order status and logistics.
- Provide research and feedback on order progress.
- Coordinate shipping arrangements and monitor delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate client and vendor databases.
