Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or outbound prospecting
- Experience within insurance, employee benefits, or related professional services preferred
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales or lead-generation targets
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship-based sales approaches
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Copilot)
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Strong customer focus
Responsibilities
- Build a robust pipeline of SME sales opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Source and qualify new business opportunities among Canada-based multinational employers
- Partner with Canadian and international broker partners to manage and advance SME opportunities
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to develop SME growth strategies
- Take ownership of all SME quotations and adherence to service-level timelines
- Assume full responsibility for the end-to-end sales cycle for SME opportunities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on expatriate & business travel medical solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity, activity, and lead qualification data in Salesforce
- Facilitate pipeline review discussions with Regional Sales leadership
