Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
  • Experience within insurance, employee benefits, healthcare, or professional services is considered an asset.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales, pipeline, or lead-generation targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Copilot.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of SME sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, video, and social channels.
  • Identify and qualify multinational employers with globally mobile or expatriate employee populations across the Canadian market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, partners, and key influencers to advance business opportunities.
  • Manage assigned SME opportunities throughout the full sales cycle up to a defined revenue threshold.
  • Prepare and coordinate quotations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and marketing teams to support campaigns, webinars, events, and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting data within Salesforce and support regular pipeline review discussions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on international employee health solutions, clearly articulating product value and market positioning.
