Requirements
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering field
- 3 year welding related Community College Diploma
- Ability to relocate to SW Ontario area
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales or similar industry position
- Above-average sales performance over the last three+ years
- Organized, self-motivated, assertive, and independent
Responsibilities
- Manage all territory sales activities for products in an assigned District.
- Develop, source, and upsell accounts while prospecting for new business.
- Conduct on-site product training sessions and technical seminars for customers.
- Prepare annual budgets, strategic plans, and sales forecasts.
- Analyze competitive products, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate warranty services.
- Participate in industry trade shows and manage demonstration logistics.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align on marketing, pricing, and inventory.
