Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve sales goals for new and existing customers
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Remote Sales Representatives
- Mentor, coach, and train sales team for field effectiveness
- Analyze customer opportunities and threats to develop action plans
- Identify emerging market segments and expand market presence
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
- Manage territory and travel up to 50% of the time
