Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within a software environment.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, business, or related field.
- Experience supporting a sales strategy, including techniques based on customer feedback and market environment.
- Business development experience including prospecting, networking, and partnering.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including C-level.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel (30-40%).
Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for selling construction solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and an annual quota.
- Explore and develop new market opportunities.
- Network with related businesses and foster B2B relationships.
- Work closely with technical pre-sales team to execute plans to land new customers.
- Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Represent Trimble at industry events.
- Travel 30-40% to support the sales team with client meetings, on-site discoveries, and demonstrations.
