  • Proficiency with CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working with cardiac surgery programs or hospital-based service solutions.
  • Understanding of hospital operations, reimbursement models, and healthcare economics.
  • Proven success developing and coaching high-performing sales professionals.
  • Strong analytical capability using sales data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and lead effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven cardiovascular sales professionals.
  • Drive growth initiatives for cardiac surgery and cardiovascular service revenue programs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within cardiovascular and surgical service lines.
  • Monitor team performance metrics, pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused sales culture.
  • Partner with operations, clinical, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and service expansion.
  • Ensure accurate CRM utilization and territory management.
