- Minimum 5 years in healthcare/medical device/cardiovascular sales, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with cardiac surgery programs or hospital-based service solutions.
- Understanding of hospital operations, reimbursement models, and healthcare economics.
- Proven success developing and coaching high-performing sales professionals.
- Strong analytical capability using sales data and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and lead effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven cardiovascular sales professionals.
- Drive growth initiatives for cardiac surgery and cardiovascular service revenue programs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within cardiovascular and surgical service lines.
- Monitor team performance metrics, pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales effectiveness.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused sales culture.
- Partner with operations, clinical, finance, and marketing teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and service expansion.
- Ensure accurate CRM utilization and territory management.
