Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience in data science or advanced analytics.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams and delivering production AI solutions.
- Demonstrated experience deploying machine learning and/or LLM solutions in regulated environments.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms like Azure and Databricks.
- Strong programming experience in Python, SQL, and Linux.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and big data frameworks like Spark and Hadoop.
- Experience building scalable data pipelines and AI workflows.
- Healthcare data or clinical systems experience preferred.
- Strong leadership presence with ability to influence executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale production-grade clinical/operational data automation.
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of ML, deep learning, and generative AI models.
- Develop experimentation frameworks for clinical decision support and prior authorization.
- Lead modernization of enterprise data infrastructure and lake-house architectures.
- Build integrated data pipelines and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Define and execute MBS AI strategy for clinical decision-making.
- Lead recruitment and development of a high-performing data science organization.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on AI integration.
- Ensure compliance with governance, bias mitigation, and regulatory standards.
