Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements.
- Strong project coordination skills for managing multiple integration workstreams.
- Builder mindset with the ability to create programs and processes from scratch.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and API-based integrations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in marine management, storage, or dealership platforms is a plus.
- Experience with marketplace or platform ecosystems.
- Familiarity with modern CRM and partner management tools such as HubSpot.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and onboard partners across marine management, storage, and dealership platforms.
- Develop and execute a partner sourcing strategy aligned with the client’s expansion roadmap.
- Build repeatable partner onboarding playbooks and integration scoping processes.
- Drive commercial impact through referral programs, reseller opportunities, and joint GTM campaigns.
- Track partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and performance metrics.
- Equip partners with positioning, materials, and training to sell the platform.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering to manage integration timelines from requirements to launch.
- Own ongoing partner relationships through regular check-ins, QBRs, and performance reviews.
- Maintain partner CRM records, documentation, and internal playbooks.
- Share market and partner feedback with leadership to inform roadmap decisions.
