Requirements

- Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability testing.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Ability to work in U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Define UI standards for typography, colors, and interaction patterns.
- Run A/B tests to optimize user flows, engagement, and conversion.
- Deliver developer-ready assets using Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
