- 3 years of experience as a project lead, coordinator, or manager.
- 3 years of experience researching scholarly sources and journal articles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
- Experience with collaborative software (Wrike, Miro, Workfront, SharePoint).
- Experience with content management systems (Contentful).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit consumer health materials and support content maintenance.
- Participate in topic development, research, writing, and proofreading.
- Coordinate clinical reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpret web analytics and user personas to guide strategic content planning.
- Lead AI project management, coordination, and content expansion efforts.
- Track and manage project goals, processes, and timelines.
- Audit content library for redundancies and gaps.
