Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B sales leadership, specifically within retail media, adtech, or martech.
- Deep enterprise solution selling experience with multi-stakeholder cycles.
- Track record of scaling enterprise sales from early stage to market leader.
- Deep market knowledge of the retail landscape and programmatic advertising.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Technical fluency in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Data-driven approach to coaching.
Responsibilities
- Build and run a North America sales strategy that captures share in a mature, competitive market.
- Translate Vantage's positioning as the Operating System into a regional commercial narrative.
- Expand Vantage's client base by closing strategic partnerships with major North American retailers.
- Build relationships with retail media network leaders and C-suite executives.
- Manage the full North American sales funnel with disciplined CRM hygiene.
- Lead complex negotiations, including regional pricing and contract specifics.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasting for the territory to the CRO and executive leadership.
