Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B sales leadership, specifically within retail media, adtech, or martech.
  • Deep enterprise solution selling experience with multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Track record of scaling enterprise sales from early stage to market leader.
  • Deep market knowledge of the retail landscape and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Technical fluency in Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Data-driven approach to coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run a North America sales strategy that captures share in a mature, competitive market.
  • Translate Vantage's positioning as the Operating System into a regional commercial narrative.
  • Expand Vantage's client base by closing strategic partnerships with major North American retailers.
  • Build relationships with retail media network leaders and C-suite executives.
  • Manage the full North American sales funnel with disciplined CRM hygiene.
  • Lead complex negotiations, including regional pricing and contract specifics.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasting for the territory to the CRO and executive leadership.
