1–2 years of experience working in AI-enabled product development environments.
Proven experience using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
Experience creating prototypes, PRDs, and specs using AI-assisted workflows.
Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset for consumer-facing experiences.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making capabilities.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive extreme ownership.

Define and drive the strategy for AI-powered patient engagement experiences.
Identify high-impact patient problems and prioritize AI-driven solutions.
Design personalized healthcare journeys tailored to different patient needs and profiles.
Develop LLM-powered experiences such as conversational interfaces and prompt optimization.
Analyze conversational data and metrics to continuously improve AI-generated responses.
Use AI-assisted workflows (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and PRD creation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Legal teams to deliver safe AI-native experiences.
