- Sharp visual taste and ability to conceptualize design solutions.
- Versatility across product design, design systems, typography, and brand.
- Ability to think past templates and make effective, unexpected design choices.
- High-fidelity prototyping skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Own product design end to end, including flows, components, and interaction patterns.
- Build and evolve the design system to ensure scalability.
- Manage the brand identity, voice, and visual presence across all surfaces.
- Design marketing materials including websites, launch assets, and decks.
- Engage with customers via sales calls and product observation to drive design decisions.
- Establish and elevate the standards for visual and craft quality.
- Prepare the foundation for future design team growth and leadership.
