Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a technical role.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Software Solutions, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Networking.
  • Ability to create technical diagrams, architecture designs, and professional presentations.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of the full sales cycle and customer engagement process.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main technical point of contact during the sales cycle.
  • Understand customer business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Address technical questions, resolve objections, and ensure customer confidence in proposed solutions.
  • Support RFPs and RFIs by preparing accurate technical responses.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide customer feedback internally to support product improvements.
  • Assist in solution architecture design and technical documentation preparation.
