Requirements

- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a technical role.
- 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
- Strong technical knowledge in Software Solutions, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Networking.
- Ability to create technical diagrams, architecture designs, and professional presentations.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of the full sales cycle and customer engagement process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical point of contact during the sales cycle.
- Understand customer business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Address technical questions, resolve objections, and ensure customer confidence in proposed solutions.
- Support RFPs and RFIs by preparing accurate technical responses.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide customer feedback internally to support product improvements.
- Assist in solution architecture design and technical documentation preparation.
