- Strong knowledge of email deliverability, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Ability to build and manage automated workflows.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable marketing results.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end email operations including segmentation, sends, and deliverability monitoring.
- Build, QA, and launch campaigns across email, webinar, and event channels.
- Audit and optimize HubSpot workflows, campaign hygiene, and AI features.
- Develop and document standardized campaign intake processes and templates.
- Implement AI-powered nurture sequences to improve personalization.
- Lead campaign retrospectives and share data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain database health and lead lifecycle scoring models.
