Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end email operations including segmentation, sends, and deliverability monitoring.
  • Build, QA, and launch campaigns across email, webinar, and event channels.
  • Audit and optimize HubSpot workflows, campaign hygiene, and AI features.
  • Develop and document standardized campaign intake processes and templates.
  • Implement AI-powered nurture sequences to improve personalization.
  • Lead campaign retrospectives and share data-driven recommendations.
  • Maintain database health and lead lifecycle scoring models.
