Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of total experience
- Minimum 3 years in client-facing, Pre-sales, Sales Engineering, or Support Engineering
- Experience in B2B enterprise Software, SaaS, payments, or mobile industry
- Hands-on experience in SDK implementation is a plus
- Knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Support clients through pre and post-sales implementation
- Drive and own the POC as a technical SPOC
- Provide demos of SHIELD capabilities
- Act as a liaison for technical support and product adoption
- Provide prompt troubleshooting for technical challenges
- Perform regular technical account reviews and product trainings
- Assist clients in optimizing SHIELD solutions for long-term success
- Advocate for product adoption and manage client feature requests
