Requirements
- Previous experience producing paid social creative, ideally Meta ads.
- Fluency with generative AI tools for image, video, audio, and copy production.
- Strong direct-response copywriting instincts.
- Solid grasp of short-form video editing and platform-native specs.
- Understanding of Meta ad structure and performance metrics.
- Sharp eye for design and visual hierarchy.
- Comfortable with prompt engineering and iteration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut or Premiere Pro, and project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume Meta ad creative across static images, carousels, short-form video, and UGC-style ads.
- Write hooks, ad copy, and primary text variations.
- Use generative AI tools to ideate and produce ad concepts.
- Edit and remix raw footage and AI-generated assets.
- Batch out multiple creative variations for systematic A/B and multivariate testing.
- Collaborate with media buying team to review performance metrics and iterate winning angles.
- Maintain swipe files, prompt libraries, and creative templates.
- Ensure ads meet Meta ad policies and brand guidelines.
