Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or Finance preferred.
- Advanced degree or professional designations (CPCU, AIC, ARM) preferred.
- 10 years of related experience.
- 3 years of Account Executive experience on national accounts.
- 5 years of claims or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, client focus, and operational expertise.
- Ability to build relationships and drive results.
Responsibilities
- Ensure contract compliance with company guidelines.
- Handle financials including accounts receivable, invoicing, and pricing support.
- Manage client status and relationships.
- Execute renewal processes and negotiate new contracts.
- Oversee business planning and budgeting for the assigned area.
- Plan for staffing needs, including succession and bench-strength.
- Support executive-level client relationships.
- Support business development initiatives.
- Interview, hire, and conduct performance reviews for staff.
