- 4+ years experience in account management, client services, customer success, or project management.
- Experience with legal, SaaS, litigation support, or professional services clients preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills for client-facing emails.
- Strong judgment in scoping, pricing, and prioritization.
- Ability to manage multiple urgent requests simultaneously.
- Comfort working with websites, social media, and technical teams.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to build systems, templates, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of service client relationships across law firms and legal teams.
- Act as primary point of contact for capture requests.
- Scope and quote capture requests with consultative judgment.
- Coordinate with Technical Capture & QA teams.
- Project manage complex engagements and multi-phase deals.
- Identify and qualify software sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Build and improve operational processes and templates.
