Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills for client-facing emails.
  • Strong judgment in scoping, pricing, and prioritization.
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent requests simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with websites, social media, and technical teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Ability to build systems, templates, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of service client relationships across law firms and legal teams.
  • Act as primary point of contact for capture requests.
  • Scope and quote capture requests with consultative judgment.
  • Coordinate with Technical Capture & QA teams.
  • Project manage complex engagements and multi-phase deals.
  • Identify and qualify software sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Build and improve operational processes and templates.
