Requirements

  • Deep understanding of marketing principles (brand positioning, digital channels, content strategy)
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Ability to work autonomously in an agency environment
  • Executive presence with comfort presenting to C-suite and VP-level decision-makers
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial profitability
  • Life sciences experience (pharma, biotech, CRO, CDMO) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM management

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of life sciences prospects (CDMOs, CROs, biotech, pharma, med device, diagnostics, and eClinical companies)
  • Run discovery calls that uncover client business problems
  • Lead proposal and pitch development in partnership with the VP of Commercial Strategy
  • Manage 3 to 9 month deal cycles across multiple stakeholders
  • Identify expansion opportunities within the sales process
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate pipeline forecasting
  • Represent the agency at industry conferences (e.g., CPHI, BIO, SCOPE)
  • Act as an internal bridge between market intelligence and service delivery
