Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical consulting, project management, or integrations engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent customer projects.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficiency in RESTful API architecture, JSON, HTTP methods, and OAuth.
- Knowledge of SFTP structures and CSV constraints.
- Understanding of SAML, SSO architecture, and Identity Providers.
- Fundamental knowledge of OPC UA/Modbus, Kepware, and VM networking.
- Comfort using generative AI and integration middleware tools.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers from project kick-off to go-live.
- Conduct scoping sessions with customer IT teams and system integrators.
- Explain complex integration concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Guide customers on interacting with RESTful OpenAPI libraries.
- Set up and test automated one-way data imports via SFTP.
- Configure SAML-based SSO integrations.
- Provision and configure RZLogger and OPC Servers for industrial data automation.
- Leverage Boomi to build and manage data workflows.
