Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years sales or relationship management experience in financial services or related markets.
  • Experience managing complex, mature, growing strategic client relationships.
  • Fluency in data, software and financial services solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data and analytics ecosystem.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision makers and senior executives.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Experience with sales pipelines and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer relationships to increase adoption, use and growth of Experian's product's and services.
  • Act as a business liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on latest products and services through ongoing sales consultation.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and support teams.
  • Meet annual sales revenue targets driven through client renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling.
  • Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, revenue tracking, and forecasting.
  • Negotiate complex client contracts for standard and custom products.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to support client goals.
