Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years sales or relationship management experience in financial services or related markets.
- Experience managing complex, mature, growing strategic client relationships.
- Fluency in data, software and financial services solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data and analytics ecosystem.
- Ability to build relationships with decision makers and senior executives.
- Ability to travel.
- Experience with sales pipelines and financial forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer relationships to increase adoption, use and growth of Experian's product's and services.
- Act as a business liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on latest products and services through ongoing sales consultation.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and support teams.
- Meet annual sales revenue targets driven through client renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling.
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, revenue tracking, and forecasting.
- Negotiate complex client contracts for standard and custom products.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to support client goals.
