Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in the K-12 EdTech industry.
- Demonstrated success closing large school district deals.
- Special Education solution-related experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multi-year sales cycles.
- Ability to navigate complex and matrixed decision-making environments.
- Executive presence with comfort engaging highest-level administrators.
- Strong analytical skills to align solutions with budgets and strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record within a collaborative and high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end sales cycles across a defined territory of complex, high-impact school district accounts.
- Design and execute tailored account strategies for extended, multi-stakeholder buying environments.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with cabinet-level and senior school district leaders.
- Architect deal structures that enable sustained instructional impact and long-term expansion.
- Translate large district buyer insights into actionable feedback for product roadmap decisions.
- Maintain and forecast pipeline across multi-year enterprise sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with peers to exchange market knowledge and improve sales capabilities.
