Requirements
- Deep experience with experimental design and statistics.
- Applied experience with internet-scale audience or user experience data.
- Experience collaborating with product development teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience as a people manager.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity.
- Proficiency with large-scale data processing & storage tools such as Hadoop, Hive, Presto, and Spark.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to partner teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential data with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Product Analytics team to provide actionable insights for product strategies.
- Manage, mentor, and nurture a team of approximately seven data scientists.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate quantitative data and consistent reporting.
- Support the design of data products and tools to increase data accessibility.
- Partner with Experiment Platform and Data Engineering teams to maintain data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Continuously improve experimentation, measurement best practices, and product health metrics.
