Requirements
- 5+ years experience in data analytics, data science, or related field.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional data initiatives.
- Experience with modern data stacks (cloud warehouses, BI tools, ETL/ELT pipelines).
- Strong product thinking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of the end-to-end data lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Translate domain product roadmaps into data requirements.
- Attend product planning sessions to represent data perspective.
- Maintain a domain-specific data roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
- Partner with Engineering teams to ensure foundational capabilities support domain needs.
- Orchestrate team priorities to balance strategic initiatives with operational requests.
- Foster deep domain expertise within the team.
- Own data quality and trustworthiness for domain-specific datasets.
- Collaborate with Governance & Quality teams.
- Ensure proper instrumentation, documentation, and accessibility of data assets.
- Serve as primary data partner to product managers and executives.
