Requirements
- Experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role (1–2 years)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery practices
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Strong risk management and issue resolution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to coach teams and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective sprint execution
- Removing blockers and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Tracking project progress, maintaining plans, and ensuring alignment with delivery milestones
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders on sprint status, risks, and delivery updates
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration
- Coaching teams on Agile principles to improve velocity, quality, and self-organization
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and team practices
