Requirements
- Scrum Master certification, qualification, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience applying Scrum and awareness of agile principles.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Experience working in an enterprise agency environment.
- Highly developed skills in servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including budget/time tracking and issue tracking software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Broad understanding of web technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, CMS, JavaScript, and version control.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope and timeline to ensure successful delivery.
- Guide teams on agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and retrospectives to monitor progress and promote improvement.
- Remove impediments and resolve team issues.
- Manage budget status and report on project financial impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
